Nectarine Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

· 3 Nectarines

· 1 Pineapple

· 1 Red Pepper

· 1 Tomato

· 1 Red Onion

· 1 Jalapeno

· 2 Sprigs of Mint

· .5 cup of Cilantro

· 1 Lime (Zested and Juiced)

· 1 tsp Salt

· 1 tsp Pepper

· 1 tsp Cumin

· 1 tsp Cayenne

Instructions

1. Dice all vegetables

2. Mix

3. Put it in a Jar

4. Enjoy for 3 days refrigerated
